Questions about INFER

What is INFER?

INFER is a research technology platform from Infoline Technologies LLP. It asks your customers on WhatsApp, web, phone and in store, then turns every answer into live dashboards and AI recommendations.

What kinds of study can I run on INFER?

The Study Library lists 18 study types across four goals: decide, track, understand and reach. They range from ad testing and price sensitivity to brand tracking, WhatsApp diary studies, mystery shopping and VR Concept testing.

Which channels does INFER support?

INFER Surveys runs online and offline surveys, WhatsApp surveys, web intercepts, chatbots and kiosk apps, and studies can also be fielded by phone (CATI).

Can INFER run the study for us?

Yes. You can run studies yourself on the platform, have us script, launch and check your design, hand us the whole study from design to debrief, or ask us to build a custom app, dashboard or integration.

Is INFER secure?

Infoline Technologies LLP is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (certificate QCC/B681/1225, valid until 28 December 2028). The certified scope covers its SaaS market research platforms, including data collection and visualisation tools.
